What we collect

When you use the contact or support form we receive the details you enter: name, email address, optionally phone and organisation, the services you select and your message. The form is sent to our own mailbox using our hosting provider’s mail service.

Why and lawful basis

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the service. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you start, and steps prior to a contract under UK GDPR.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. Ask us if you would like to know how long your own details will be kept.

Abuse protection

To limit spam, the server keeps a temporary pseudonymous counter derived from your IP address for about 15 minutes. It is not used for any other purpose.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies, and loads no external fonts, maps or scripts. The only thing stored is your cookie-banner choice in your browser’s local storage (key otsx-consent), which is strictly necessary to avoid asking again. Optional cookies are not used; rejecting them changes nothing else. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
