Approach & quality
Nothing ends on a feeling.
No stage ends on a feeling. Each finishes with something you can read, check and keep.

- 5

The bar, in seven words
Every deliverable is checked against this list before we call it finished.
| Criterion | How we check |
|---|---|
| Understandable | A first-time user can complete the main task without help in a short walkthrough. |
| Accessible | Keyboard and screen-reader pass; contrast and focus checked against WCAG 2.2 AA as a target. |
| Responsive | Checked at small phone, large phone, tablet and desktop widths, with enlarged text. |
| Fast | Pages and screens measured on a throttled mobile connection. |
| Private by default | No tracking or third-party data sharing unless the client chooses it and it is disclosed. |
| Releasable | Store and hosting checklist complete; accounts owned by the client. |
| Documented | Handover notes explain structure, access and how to make common changes. |
What we can honestly say so far
What we can truthfully say today: the company is registered and operating, our process is written down and published on this page, and our guidance is freely available. We have no awards to list and we do not display client results we cannot evidence. This section will grow only with things that are true.
